About Our Hearing Center
Our team includes Dr. Kristen Rubin, our Patient Care Coordinator Pamela Weeden and office manager Scott Rubin. Our team works as a collective group to provide you with the most comprehensive in patient care. Our mission statement is to provide our patients the best experience in healthcare, through educating and supporting them on their path to better hearing. Together, we will work with you and your family to break down the communication barriers caused by hearing loss.
In the office, we provide diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults, tinnitus evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and recommendations, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid adjustments and repairs, and educational audiology services. We also have a hearing aid lab on site, so we can perform many repairs right in the office.
We are also the preferred provider for area school districts in regards to caring for hearing technology on behalf of their students. Our Audiologists spend part of their time on site at the schools working to provide children with better access to classroom communication including educational and social content in the classroom. We provide to the schools: educational consultations & recommendations, perform in-services for teachers and school staff on student’s needs and proper use of equipment, and fitting of hearing aids and assistive technology, and follow up with equipment maintenance.
